Marc has handled 3 transactions that we have been involved with, He was the sellers agent when we bought our first Co-Op in Laguna Woods and we were so impressed by his work and astuteness to detail we said if we ever sell and buy again, Marc would handle the transactions…Shoot forwards 2 years and a couple of months we found a house we wanted buy and decided to sell the Co Op…Marc was the first person to call… And once again Marc did not disappoint. He marketed our home wonderfully, did the open houses etc beautifully, got us a buyer almost instantly, handled the sales transaction and then handled the purchase transaction of our new home. We discovered Mark Blunden on YouTube while living in Spain. We were so impressed by his deep knowledge of Laguna Woods Village that we scheduled a FaceTime call with him right away. After that first conversation, my husband and I knew we wanted to work with Mark. We tasked him with a unique challenge: finding a rental for us and our one-year-old puppy in beautiful Laguna Woods Village, all while we were still across the Atlantic.

Within days, Mark sent us a comprehensive list of potential rentals and even FaceTimed us directly from the property we selected so we could feel 100% confident in our decision. Once settled in Laguna Woods, we began attending Open Houses to get a feel for the different floor plans and the community. Mark thoughtfully advised us to take up to a year to familiarize ourselves with the Village, but after just a couple of months, we fell in love and were ready to buy our forever home. Buying in Laguna Woods Village can be notoriously complex, but Mark made the process clear, manageable, and completely transparent every step of the way. Today, I’m happily writing this review from our gorgeous forever home in Laguna Woods Village.

I cannot recommend Mark and his YouTube channel enough. His channel is a treasure trove of information covering everything from the financial vetting process, different mutuals, and occupancy rules to monthly assessments.
Beyond the logistics, his day-to-day lifestyle videos truly capture what makes the Village special: from the endless amenities and thousands of trees across every gate, to the beautiful walking paths and our relaxed golf cart culture.

Hi everyone, we worked with Marc Blunden for a year or so. Discovered him on YouTube and thought he was delightful and very knowledgeable!  When meeting him in person, all this was true. He showed us 4 homes in Laguna Woods Village. We fell in love with 2 of them and then decided unfortunately, it was too far from our kids.

We selected Marc Blunden with EXP Realty to represent us as we search for a home to purchase in Laguna Woods after watching his extremely well-done videos on you tube. Marc has been an excellent communicator as we were making arrangements to meet him on the property, answering all are questions in a professional and timely manner. Marc spent the day with us showing us all the homes and amenities we discussed prior to the visit. After our site visit, Marc is working with us to find a rental for a month, providing us with all the short-term rentals and contacting the lease agents to get details on the properties. Marc has gone above and beyond every time we have asked for anything during our search for a home.
