These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LagunaWoodsVillageRealEstate.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership and Brokerage Relationship

LagunaWoodsVillageRealEstate.com is independently owned and operated by Marc Blunden, Realtor® (CA DRE#02221972). Marc is currently affiliated as a licensed real estate salesperson with eXp Realty of Southern California, Inc. (Brokerage CA DRE#02187306).

This Site is not owned, operated, or controlled by eXp Realty. The only affiliation with eXp Realty is that Marc conducts his licensed real estate activities under that brokerage.

Any real estate services offered through this Site are provided by Marc Blunden in his capacity as a licensed California real estate professional, subject to applicable brokerage policies and California real estate law.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to viewing information about Laguna Woods Village, local real estate, and related services.

By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.
